Ben is passionate about design and sustainability and working with like-minded people to make beautiful buildings. Ben graduated from University of Melbourne Masters of Architecture in 2003. Post-graduation he worked, and became Senior Design Architect, at a respected Melbourne based firm specializing in sustainable architecture. Over 10 years Ben designed and project managed many buildings for happy clients and winning awards including The Sustainability Awards, Australian Timber Design Awards, City of Yarra Sustainability Awards and City of Bayside Sustainability Awards. Ben started his own practice in 2014 with the aim of producing creative sustainable buildings that are a delight for our clients to occupy with minimal environmental impact. Ben regularly presents at The University of Melbourne Faculty of Architecture and has shared his expertise at events including The Green magazine ‘green talks,’ The Australian Institute of Architects Sustainable Architecture Forum, The Sustainable Living Festival, Pecha Kucha and Green Build. Outside work, Ben loves spending time with his young family and enjoys all sports, particularly running, snowboarding and, somewhat tragically, the Saints in the footy.
